Before arriving in St. Lucia, I was corresponding with the staff off and on - I appreciated the patience and rapid response to my questions. Initially, I only booked airport transportation but then I found out they provided tours of the island. I decided to take advantage of that service especially given the reasonable rates. It was a great tour. We had a chance to see the Botanical Gardens, Sulphur Springs, the Piton Mountains, and stopped for lunch. We drove through and stopped in Souffries, Castries, Canaries among other places. I learned so much about the island's history, economy, and culture. The tour was almost a full day and we were pleasantly tired when we arrived back at our hotel.

"Last week my husband and I travelled to St. Lucia for our 20th Wedding anniversary and we stayed at the Sandals Grande. I had read some horror stories concerning the bus service that Sandals offered so we decided to get a personal car.

Just a note to thank you for your service.  I wanted a first class vacation for my birthday and my sisters and your greeter waiting at airport arrivals with my name on a professionally printed sign was the first of the treatment I was hoping for. She quickly escorted us through the maze at customs and had us on our way in no time.  Pleased.

As we made our way to our car, we passed many other greeters waiting for their passengers (after they had navigated customs and baggage claim on their own) on the exit side of baggage claim.  We felt like VIPs.  Our greeter (sorry I don't have her name) introduced us to our driver, Wilkey who escorted us to a clean, cooled, elegant SUV.  Pleased again.
